In a few days the year 2013 will be a part of our lives, and resolutions to have a healthier life, and there is hardly any feet. Those who wanted to do more sport, to moderate the amount of food they have day to day, who wanted not to abuse the fried or junk food, many pointed to the gym… but those who want to start the New year strongly could fall halfway, and everything looks like it always ends up like New Year’s resolutions – nothing! So we give you some simple tips for you to move on and improve your quality of life:

In case you want to improve the quality of what you eat (too much bakery products, sweets or fried food), it must be done gradually, and giving up to these “sweet” cravings only occasionally, or 3 times a week. This will avoid it at once, the main cause of that was to put aside resolutions of the New Year.

If our concern is how and not the why, what we are going to streamline is the number of meals and how many times we repeat or fill the dish. We must remember that the balance is not sated at every meal (the typical one gram more and bust), but not stay hungry. And not to mention get some exercise! We can even choose to take foods that help you lose weight.

Quitting smoking also has hundreds of tricks and props, but no doubt will power is very important. If possible, always good to try to quit with another person (spouse, friend, etc), who understands our needs and weaknesses, and helps us discover tricks that went unnoticed for us.

One of the main problems of people who join the gym, you want to eliminate fat and get handle in two weeks, after years feeding our poor physical condition. There is no question of going to the gym every day, or much less take much weight we finish by bursting. If you have lots of free time and want to go daily, we distribute workloads (one day arms, legs… combined with other activities such as tape, spinning, etc). Otherwise, it’s best to go in stages, 2 or 3 days a week, and when we are watching it rise better and give us respite shoelaces (we persecute the early days).

Basically, all purposes are quite a few ingredients together to come to pass: perseverance, patience and willpower. Keep it up and never give up!
